ABOUT US
Thinking with leaders who carry responsibility
A Space for Leadership Thinking

Leadership decisions shape people, cultures, and organizations, often in ways that only become visible over time.
About Bright Talents
Bright Talents is an executive coaching practice focused on supporting CEOs, board members, and senior leaders in navigating complexity, responsibility, and long-term organisational impact.
Our work is grounded in the belief that leadership at senior levels is less about acquiring new techniques and more about clarifying judgment, examining assumptions, and engaging consciously with the human and systemic dimensions of leadership.
We do not offer formulas, motivational interventions, or predefined solutions. Instead, we create a confidential, ethically grounded thinking partnership where leaders can slow down their thinking, explore dilemmas, and reflect deeply on the choices they face.
Our approach is informed by:
-
experience in executive and board-level contexts
-
systemic and psychological perspectives
-
an eclectic coaching practice adapted to each leader’s context
What remains constant is respect for the leader’s autonomy, responsibility, and capacity for judgment.
Confidentiality and professional ethics are non-negotiable. Bright Talents operates under strict ethical standards, providing a discreet and trusted space for leaders to engage with complex leadership challenges.
We work in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, both in person (primarily in Lisbon) and online.
If a thoughtful, pressure-free conversation would be useful, we are open to exploratory conversations, informal and without obligation.
Meet the coach
João Virott da Costa is a Senior Executive Coach working with CEOs, board members, and senior leaders who carry significant responsibility and operate in complex organisational contexts.

His work is grounded in the belief that leadership at senior levels requires space for reflection, disciplined thinking, and attention to the human and systemic dimensions of decision-making.
